Terms of Service

Agreement

By requesting services from Alfie's Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC ("we," "us," "our") or using our website at alfieslawncare.us, you ("the customer") agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.

Services

We provide residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services in Rochester Hills, MI and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

• Weekly lawn mowing
• Edging & trimming
• Fertilizer application
• Weed control
• Mulch & rock installation
• Shrub trimming
• Spring & fall cleanups
• Garden bed reshaping

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are free and non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property, scope of work, and any changes requested after the initial estimate. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding.

Weekly mowing starts from $40 per visit. Pricing varies by property size and additional services required.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Cash
• Check (payable to Alfie's Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC)
• Invoice via Jobber (sent to your phone or email)

For recurring services, invoices will be issued regularly per the agreed schedule. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We will make every effort to arrive on your scheduled service day. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling or texting 586-623-2937.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative time at no additional charge.

Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to rain, snow, extreme heat, or other unsafe weather conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. No additional fees will be charged for weather-related rescheduling.

Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have clear and safe access to your property on the scheduled service day. This includes:

• Unlocking gates or providing gate codes in advance
• Removing obstacles, toys, furniture, or pet waste from the lawn
• Securing pets indoors or in a safe area during service

If we are unable to access your property on the scheduled date through no fault of our own, a trip fee may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Disclosing any known hazards on the property (buried lines, uneven ground, fragile items)
• Informing us of any plants, features, or areas that should not be touched
• Ensuring irrigation systems are turned off prior to mowing visits

Liability

Alfie's Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC is fully licensed and insured in the state of Michigan. We carry general liability insurance to cover accidental property damage caused by our team during the course of service.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property, plants, or structures
• Damage caused by undisclosed hazards or obstacles
• Normal wear from standard lawn care practices (e.g. minor lawn stress after first mow of the season)
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service date.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with the quality of our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge. We stand behind everything we do.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
